Thank you for the remodeling you did for us at our rental property in Cary and our home in Raleigh, NC.
You were always able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. You were on the job every day or you called when unable to come.
The finished projects were equal to the estimates given. When we made changes to the projects you always gave us an estimate for the additional work. The quality of the work was excellent and to our satisfaction. We are now enjoying the fruits of your labor.
If we require any further remodeling, you will be the person we call.
Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Mary Jo |

Dear Rick:
I have lived in an ICF house for almost a decade and it has certainly surpassed my expectations for energy efficiency.
When first deciding to go with an ICF home I was skeptical about the energy efficiency but really liked how quiet they are. It’s like going into a new car showroom and sitting in a luxury vehicle and shutting the door. The first thing you notice is the silence. The ICF homes I visited reminded me of that. Now when I sleep in other locations the first thing I notice is how loud they are with external noise coming in.
When I started getting my electric bills I was amazed. I have approximately 3,000 heated sq. ft. My house is entirely electric. All appliances, a well/septic and heat pump. Over a year period my bills average about $70/month. In the summer and winter they are about $100, but in the spring and fall can be as low as $40. In almost ten years I have had two electric bills exceed $100.
Sincerely,
Robert

Dear Rick,
My wife and I are victims of Katrina. We live in Bay St. Louis,
Mississippi which everyone knows was ground zero. More than
80% of all homes and businesses were washed away. I consider
myself very fortunate that we were among the few, whose house
was still standing after Katrina. Our house had 10.3 feet of water
go through it. Because of the construction of our house – the
Reward System – our house (the outer structure) withstood Katrina.
We lost all of our 26 years of memories, our business and
other valuables, but we did not have to start from slab as many of
our friends and neighbors had to. This was a major help to us, as
we live in a non-flood zone and was not required to have flood insurance. Thanks to the Reward System and the minimal flood coverage,
my wife and I will be able to rebuild. If not for the Reward System,
my wife and I would have suffered a complete loss of
everything we have ever worked for.
